■ What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin Hair is hair that is completely unprocessed and intact. This hair has not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, or chemically processed in any way. The cuticles are from one donors head and intact flowing in the same direction which eliminates tangles and matting. This is Top Quality hair.
■Can I dye my Virgin Hair?
Yes. You can dye your Virgin Hair. I would suggest that you not bleach the hair, but it can be done. I would also suggest that you let a professional dye or bleach your hair to ensure the quality.
■If I straighten my hair, will it return to its natural state?
Yes. If you wash or staighten the hair, it will return to its natural state. Do not apply heat to your hair without using a protectant and do not use heat too frequently. It is human hair.
■How many bundles of hair will I need?
All of the bundles of hair consist of 3.5+ ounces of hair. For inches 8-18 you will need 2 bundles. For inches 20+ you will need at least 3 bundles. The longer the hair is, the more hair you will need. Depending on how full you like your hair, you will need more bundles of hair.
■Can I exchange or return my hair?
Please see return policy. There will be no returns. Please contact management for exchanges within 3 days of receiving hair.The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If all of these things are not intact, there will be no exchange. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT'S APPROVAL.
■What colors do you offer in the hair?
The hair only comes in a natural black which is equivalent to a 1B, and sometimes a 2. No two bundles are the same so there may be some difference between the two bundles. I will try to match the bundles as close as possible.
■How long will it take to receive the hair?
Please allow 2-3 days for the payment to process. After the 2-3 day processing period, your hair will be shipped immediately and you should receive your hair within 7-10 days if you are located in the United States.
■I want a longer length than what I see offered. How do I go about purchasing?
