Returns and Exchange Policy

Royale NV inspects each and every bundle that is sent to our customers. We only want to supply our customers with top quality, sanitized hair for their use. We understand the importance of cleanliness, as they say it is next to Godliness. Management takes pictures of all orders sent out for record purposes.

There will be NO RETURNS accepted due to health regulations and sanitary purposes and the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your bundle(s) such as incorrect inch or pattern, please contact us as early as you notice within a 7 day span. We will address the problem accordingly. If you believe you have received defective hair bundles, please add pictures to your email with as much information as possible. If customer has to return bundle(s), customer is responsible for shipping costs. ALL DEFECTIVE RETURN FINAL DECISIONS ARE DECIDED BY MANAGEMENT.

Exchange requests must take place within 7 days of receiving the product. The hair has to be in the original state that it was received. NO EXCEPTIONS. The Federal Law will not allow the company to receive any human hair that has been tampered with or altered. This means the hair should not be washed, used, not damaged, and/or dyed and in its original shipping condition. The hair must be returned in original packaging and tags attached. After hair is returned to Royale NV within the 7 day period, we will inspect the hair and process the exchange. If for any reason we do not accept the exchange, product will be returned to the customer. Any and All exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Customer must pay difference and shipping before new items are shipped.

*There is a 20% restocking fee for exchange requests.
*Customer pays for all return fees.
*Royale NV is not responsible for lost packages. Once it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for shipping. We will send to the address you provided via PayPal. If you are returning hair for an exchange, please add insurance and tracking numbers to protect your return/exchange.

Royale NV is NOT responsible for third party purchase mishaps! If you "purchase" your hair from someone who "bought" from this company and the hair is not of quality, we will not be responsible for issues with the hair.
